Has anyone noticed  a sharp increase intheir Aguagest bill in comparison to the same time last year.

I am not in GA full time, but like for like I think we used the house just as much last year between 1st March and 1st June. Big diffenece on the bill this year its €44 last year €28 for the same period. Its not a huge sum I know but definately a significant  % age shift.

Aquagest Levante increased the cost of water supply by 33% and waste water removal by 8% at the beginning of the 2009. I haven't seen the latest bill to see if it has gone up again.

Ours had gone up too.

Thought it was higher than before.

Though not looked at what we paid last year.

Gone are the days when Brits can say they are coming here because it's cheaper.....

Some things yes, some things no.

We paid £50 per month in UK for water & we did not use that much.

Now its still €50/qtr here.

Other things are more expensive here, had to change 4 tyres on car & brake pads, much more here.

But thats another story and did get much better prices in the end.
