Iberdrola - Personal Contract changes

Postby Rich & Sue » Wed Jul 01, 2009 9:23 am

Just looking online and a bit confused.

It appears that I now have two "contratos" for my address. One has all my history and bills in it - the other is blank with no "facturas" yet available.

It looks like it was established on 30 / 06

Does anyone have anything similar ?

Is it something to do with the ability to change your contract to another supplier? If you did nothing the company would keep you going as before. Perhaps they have to start everyone with a new contract though for whatever reason. :?:

Even though you are staying with Iberdrola, the supply is being moved to a new company set up for the purpose (can't remember the name, but it was on that letter sent out to all about 6 weeks ago) and I would suspect that is the reason for the new contrato with a currently empty account.

Just received our electronic bill.

Looks the same, same contract, shows history etc.

Have you moved to a new tariff ?

Not intentionally Robin. As Aficionado says I appear to have a "blank" new contract for some reason. But I certainly havent asked to be moved to anything new  :?:
