Ok, this doesn't really belong under food, but almost, specially when it gets really hot!
Don't worry about piddly little cubes, use those lovely silicone cake moulds that they often sell off cheap in Lidl, ones for individual cakes, obviously!
If you get the large muffin ones, they are great for the chunky whisky glasses you get these days. Not that I suggest diluting your whisky (though as I am TT you may forgive me!) but for other short drinks it would be good.
Just keep a look out for any that are of a size you like. Make them big enough and you can freeze wedges of lemon or orange in them too.
The smaller fairy cake ones are great in tall glasses and the shell shaped ones look pretty!
