Couple slices of bacon
2 chicken breasts
splash of oil
1/2 pt skim milk
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbspn honey
Slice chicken and bacon into small pieces. Sauté with oil in hot pan until lightly browned.
Add cornflour, mustard and honey to the milk and add to the pan, reducing heat. Bring to simmer to thicken sauce.
Serve with baked potato and salad or veg of choice.
