Just thought you guys might like to have a go at making your own SdC - I posted this some time ago on GaP and it seemed to go down well.

It's lighter than red wine Sangría and doesn't leave you with a banging headache (unless you have too much )

Take a large jug...

3 lemons, use the juice of one, add the other 2 sliced
1 tbs sugar (optional)
1 bottle of Freixenet/Segura Viudas or other Brut natur (don't skimp pricewise, it's not worth it)
1 shot (eggcup full) Vodka
1 shot (eggcup full) Gin
1 shot (eggcup full) Cointreau

Top up with gaseosa or sifón if you don't like it too sweet
Bang in loads of ice.
