Bit of a tough one this but its a good challenge that "Google" canthelp me with.

I have a Euribor based mortgage with BBVA. I have tracked the Euribor 12month rate easily so no problems there. My mortgage is recaluclated every 6 months (April and Oct) and I have seen a steady improvement in my payments over the highs of 2008.

Trying to predict my new mortgage payment last time didnt work because although mine is Euribor BASED its actually something called "EURIBOR HIPOTECARIO B.O.E" rate.

Has anyone any idea where I can find that rate so I can follow it ?
