This seems to be a very good exchange rate if you can wait until December the 9th.

As the business rate is at 1.09552 this evening, not sure how they can offer that.

Currency Exchange rates

They aren't spot rates, they are forward exchange contract rates. You book now for settlement within those dates.
They obviously have a more positive view of the pound than is the case at the moment.
