OK, if this got any easier it would just involve opening a packet! Get the kids to do it if necessary. A must  for all chocolate lovers. If allergic to nuts, just leave them out. If you prefer other nuts, substitute them.
This is just soooo good served warm with ice cream......

3/4 cup SR Flour ( OR plain flour with 1 tsp baking powder )
1/8 tsp bi carb of soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch Salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts

2 eggs
1/2 cup veg oil
1 tsp vanilla (opt)

Lined 8x8 x2 tin. (If you have a small roasting tin of same size but no cake tin, use that.)

For easy lining, take a piece of baking parchment that is big enough to come up sides of tin and screw it up. Unfold and press into tin.

In a large bowl, mix all DRY ingredients

In another bowl mix all WET ingredients.

Stir both together until JUST mixed.

Put in tin and smooth top.

Bake at 160c for 25 - 30 min.

Crust should be formed on top, but inside will be VERY gooey. Leave to cool if eating as cake, as when warm, it will fall to pieces.
Can be served warm with vanilla ice cream if you can't wait that long!

There, that was easy wasn't it? Go on, try it, you know you want to.....
