i know this is sad please no slagging me off would i get bbc scotland and stv with this system  :oops:  :oops:

How many people lost out when the old mesh system went off. We spent nearly €750 for just a years viewing only to find the signal withdrawn and the company dissolved. I now have little faith in any of the re-transmitted, subscrition packages and feel like I would be a lamb to the slaughter going down the same road again.

I had been told that I would need a 1.8 or 1.9 metre dish to receive freesat channels directly, which I really don't have room for. As such your offer is very interesting. Can you  clarify which UK channels would be available with a dish of this size as I have heard that certain channels are unavailable here in the evening even on bigger dishes. My friend says he loses BBC2 and a couple of other channels from early evening.

Hi Big Al, we have a 1.35m dish and we get BBC 1 from lots of locations.  Don't get BBC 2, we get ITV several areas and many more channels with the sky freeview card.

Sure Freesat could post a list of channels available with this size dish.
